Submitting a request
- To submit an update request, please submit a ticket using the Zendesk Restaurants IT form.
- Under Problem Category, select Website Updates followed by the specific URL
After submitting a request
- Turnaround time for review, questions and additional file or design requests is 2 business days.
- If the submission presents no questions, the updates will be made within 2 weeks.
What is required to request website updates?
- For copy changes, please submit final, proofed copy to be published.
- For design changes, please create and share a detailed wireframe in Canva accurately communicating the design request.
- Please provide final assets, such as properly-sized photos and menu PDFs.
- Please provide as much detail and direction as possible including screenshots and decks.
