Before beginning, please make sure download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app from the Apple or Google Play store.
1. Sign in to any of the Office 365 apps in a web browser and click your initials in the top right corner.
2. Click "View Account"
3. Click "Update Info" in the Security info section
4. Click "Add sign-in method"
5. Click "Microsoft Authenticator"
6. Click "Next".
7. Open the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device, click the + sign to add an account. Choose Work or School as the account type and select "Scan QR Code". Scan the QR Code presented on the screen. The QR Code will expire so if you miss the window to register cancel out of this screen and start the process over.
