Your username and password are a pair of credentials that you use to sign in to the Okta Dashboard. This is generally your full email address.
If you've forgotten your password, select the Need help signing in? link at the bottom of the Okta sign-in page. Then select Forgot password to reset it. Submit a ticket at https://support.thompsonhospitality.com if you don't see these options.
