You can access Okta from your mobile device by navigating to your sitename (https:// thompson.okta.com) from your browser. You can launch most applications directly from the mobile dashboard. Apps that rely on the Okta plugin, specifically apps where you have manually set a password, will require you to copy the password from the dashboard and paste it into the sign-in page. You can’t launch apps configured with an admin-defined password from mobile devices.
