· Google, Yelp, Facebook reviews: Available for direct response within OloSync
· Olo Surveys: Customers receive these surveys in an email one hour after they place an online order. The survey results are not displayed publicly, and are only a direct message to operators. Survey results can be noted and taken into consideration, and marked as resolved in OloSync, but we are unable to respond to guests directly here.
· OpenTable and Trip Advisor: OloSync pulls in reviews for these platforms, but responses to individual reviews must come through the OpenTable or Trip Advisor platforms. For OpenTable, please use your OpenTable login, or contact Jon Deyoung if you have any issues with login or access. For Trip Advisor (reviews on this site are rare), please contact Jon Deyoung with text of the response, and I will post it through our company login.
