There are 3 ways to open Quick Assist

Select Start , enter Quick Assist, then select it from the list of results.

Press Ctrl + Windows logo key + Q.

On Windows 11, select Start > All apps > Quick Assist.
Once Quick Assist is open, you can enter the code provided by your support agent.
If you don't see Quick Assist, you can download and install it from the Microsoft Store.
