Olo is the platform that integrates with all delivery services so they all flow together into one user-friendly dashboard. With Olo, there are two main features: Rails and Dispatch.
- Rails allows our customers to places orders through 3rd party marketplaces like Doordash, Uber, Grubhub, etc. Orders placed through here flow directly into our Toast POS eliminating the need for individual marketplace dashboards or extra tablets.
- Dispatch is Olo’s white-label delivery product allowing us as a company to enable 3rd party delivery through our own branded site. The Dispatch feature leverages multiple Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to complete orders.
