We have set up blocks on ALL bikes, scooters, and walking deliveries.
Although these blocked filters are put in place for all brands and locations, sometimes a delivery person can still arrive on a bike or scooter because they marked themselves as “delivery cars”.
We are unable to change how drivers mark themselves incorrectly.
What we CAN do, is:
- refuse all deliveries by bikes.
- request a new delivery driver via Olo Dashboard.
- Report a Dispatch Issue & ban the specific delivery driver.

For brands with direct catering channels on Old: we recommend pushing guests to place all large orders over $150 on the direct catering channel. Through the direct catering channel, we have better delivery options due to our 4-hour make time window, Large-Order-Fulfillment contract with Doordash, and catering-specific drivers with DeliverThat and Dilvrd.
