1. Download the Microsoft Outlook from the iOS or Google Play Store
2. Open the Microsoft Outlook App, enter the work email address and click Add Account.
3. Select Office 365 as the Account type.
4. Depending on your Multi Factor Authentication Method you may be prompted with a screen to Open Authenticator like the one shown below. Click Open Authenticator. It may also bring you directly to the sign page to enter your password.
5. If prompted to select an account type, Select "Work or School Account".
6. You'll be re-directed to the Office sign in page where you will enter your email password and click Sign-In.
7. Verify your authentication with your Multi Factor Authentication method, the Microsoft Authenticator App or SMS (Text) verification code. Click Maybe Later when prompted to "Add Another Account".
