If a 3rd party delivery drivers comes in to pick up an order you did NOT receive, follow these steps below:
- Carefully look at the order on the delivery driver's phone to confirm that the location, date, + time is correct.
- Take a photo of the order or write down the Order Number.
- Once you have determined this is a legit order, make the food so we can provide the guests the best experience.
- Ring it in and select the appropriate 3rd party payment tender.
- Make sure you are connected to the internet and that Olo is enabled + working properly.
- Create a ticket with the IT Help Desk with as many details as possible, including the Order Number or photos.
If a 3rd party calls the store to confirm an order or to place an order, this means there is a problem with your store's Olo integration. Follow these steps below:
- Write down the order and ring it in. Pay it out with the appropriate 3rd party payment tender.
- Make the items and package as usual so we can provide the guests with the best experience.
- Create a ticket with the IT Help Desk with as many details as possible, including the Order Number or photos (if possible).
